Citizenship Certificate
Photocopy of valid Nepali Citizenship Certificate (नागरिकताको प्रतिलिपि)
Passport Size Photos
2 recent passport size color photographs (पासपोर्ट साइजको फोटो २ प्रति)
Proof of Address
Electricity bill / Water bill or Ward Recommendation verifying residence within Ramdhuni/Sunsari
Nominee Information
Nominee citizenship copy and 1 passport size photograph (इच्छाएको व्यक्तिको विवरण)
PAN Card Copy (If applicable)
PAN card copy for major financial transactions and institutions
Minimum Share Subscription
Minimum 10 to 100 shares purchase (NPR 100/share) plus entry fee as per bylaws
