CRITERIA & QUALIFICATIONS
Membership Eligibility Requirements
Review the qualification standards mandated by the Cooperative Act and our approved by-laws.
Permanent/Temporary Resident
Must be residing or running business within Ramdhuni Municipality or Sunsari operational jurisdiction.
Age Limit
Must be 18 years of age or older (For minors, minor accounts can be operated through guardian).
Sound Mind & Legal Capacity
Must have full legal capacity to enter contracts under prevailing Nepalese Cooperative Law.
Commitment to Cooperative Principles
Must adhere to the bylaws, ethics, mutual self-help philosophy, and decisions of the General Assembly.
